Returns Policy
Firstly, if you have the need to consider a return, you likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier at Little Wild Flower than the satisfaction of our customers and as such, we promise to do our best to deliver a product you are happy with and terrific customer service. If we make a mistake along the way, rest assured we want to make it right. That being said, here are some things you need to know:
- Due to the nature of our online store, we do not offer refunds. Purchases are however eligible for store credit or an exchange. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of returned product.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged - with all original tags attached.
- Any costs incurred returning the product to Little Wild Flower will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is faulty so we can organise a replacement for you. Please send through clear images of fault.
- There are no returns on clearance items.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
